From the first time I talked to Pearl I was amazed at how understanding she was and easy to talk to. I have hyper-sensitive allergies to animals and smoking, and I was looking for a car service for airport transfers that I could feel safe in.
My health and wellness are my priority, and I wanted to start my travel day free of reactions. Pearl made me feel very assured that I could count on their car being free of animals and smoking, as well as clean and well-maintained. It’s been a nice surprise over the years not to have any issues.Over the years, as we travelled to and from the airport in various road and weather conditions, I felt peace-of-mind that Ryan’s extensive experiences could get us there safely and securely.
They keep their vehicles up to date, in great condition and are always comfortable. On a recent trip from Lethbridge to the Calgary airport, we were even able to relax and sleep. This made our long travel day and the recovery afterwards much easier.
They care about us and are always there early to look after us, even when flights are delayed or we return on short notice. The one time we ended up having to change our arrival to the next night due to mechanical problems and it was not an issue for Pearl and Ryan. They work hard to meet our needs.As snowbirds, we travel to and from the airport for a long winter getaway. It’s nice to have an exceptional car service like this, that makes the beginning and the end of our trips stress free.

We rented your limo last minute for our Keith urban concert during Stampede. Pearl was prompt and courteous and able to arrange pick up in Okotoks with 2 hours notice. We were delightfully surprised and delighted to find for our return trip she sent the SUV stretch to pick us up!! Talk about ending our exciting evening on a Hugh note! It was the perfect end to the perfect evening and we will never forget it!! I highly recommend Paramount Limousine to anyone seeking a prompt, professional, courteous and enjoyable experience.
